Minimum Requirements:

  • Be fluent in the English or German language (written and spoken).

  • Minimum age: 16 years old (18+ years old is preferred).

  • Available time per week to volunteer as a supporter: 15-20 hours.

  • Very high level of mental maturity.

  • Enjoy supporting/helping other players.

  • You have a Discord account and also know how to use Discord.

Optional Requirements:

  • Available time per week to work as a supporter: 20+ hours.

  • Already been involved as a supporter somewhere.

  • Ability to speak other languages

your profile:

  • As an applicant, you should have a friendly and professional attitude in order to show a positive attitude towards our customers and be able to keep a cool head even in difficult situations.

  • Good communication skills are also important to be able to communicate effectively with our customers and understand and resolve their queries and complaints.

  • Organizational skills are an important trait to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • The ability to work in a team is also an advantage in creating an effective and harmonious work environment.
